Like you, I have had my ups and downs with regards my body image and athletic performance. This heightened understanding of the obstacles that people face in their journey to fitness enables me to provide you with the very best service on the market. For 20 years I was a barrister. I understand the stresses of everyday working life and the difficulties in not being able to commit to a set time or day each week. I want to show that you are never too busy to even look after yourself.
 
After realising I wanted to enjoy a better quality of life, feel better in my skin and to engage in activities without worrying about my body's limitation, I committed to getting in shape, become more energetic and perform better in all areas of my life.
 
Fast-forward two years and I have been helping my clients change their lives for the better by incorporating sustainable habits and workouts. I swapped the bar for barbells, my wig and gown for trainers and gym kit, and I am now dedicating myself to helping busy professionals transform their lifestyle just like I did.

My Philosophy and Methods

I have been that busy professional person, with little free time. I knew, to maintain my busy lifestyle I needed to be as healthy as possible, but I just had no time to give my body the care it needed. It often felt like a vicious circle. This is why I established Fitness With Monica. I value my health and I want to live as full and as mobile as life as possible, regardless of my age.
 
While only you can take control of your future, my in-person and e-personal training services will provide the guidance and support to make the journey as smooth as possible. You will learn how exercise and balanced nutrition can fit in with your life, rather than being an unattainable luxury. I pride myself in giving you the tools to put destiny in your hands.
 
With Fitness With Monica, you can train online or offline; in the gym or in the park; alone or with a friend. The programme will be tailored to your preferences and adapted to the requirements of your lifestyle and aspirations. Moreover, you’ll gain support with your training, nutrition, and all other aspects under one roof – that’s got to be good news for anyone living a hectic lifestyle.
