Hybrid Personal Training
​from £350 per month

Like the idea of online training but know your fitness journey will be assisted with occasional personal one-to-one sessions. If you live in London, this option you get the best of both worlds. You will receive four in-person training sessions a month plus online workouts to do on your own in-between.

  • 4 x 60 minute in-person training sessions* a month, plus workouts to do on your own either at home or in the gym.

  • Weekly check-ins and progress update.
  • Private personal account in my MW Fitness app that you can access on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Access your workouts and track your progress whenever, or wherever you are.

Just want in-person training? This package is available if you live within London. Sessions to take place in your home or nearby outdoor space (subject to local licensing regulations).

Who is Fitness With Monica for?
My sessions are great for busy professionals who want to get in the best shape of their lives, and to maintain a healthy body and lifestyle. It is for people with busy schedules who want personal accountability and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.
Will Fitness With Monica get me results?
If you follow my recommendations and training program and stick with me, then yes, you will see results. But there is no magic wand to get you the results you want with minimal effort of your part. Getting the results you want is down to you and how committed you are to getting them.
How does online training benefit me?
Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to achieve life changing transformation. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability. With Online Personal Training you can work out anywhere in the world.
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
No, you don’t need to be a member of a gym. Your sessions will either take place in your home or nearby park. I will bring any equipment we need for the session with me. 
Am I too young/too old to be training?
I work with clients of all ages. My youngest client is 2 years old and my oldest client is 81. You are never too young or too old to start the exercise habit.
What should I wear?
You don’t need to buy any fancy gym wear to start working out. Wear clothing that allows you to move freely without constricting your movements. Wear a comfortable shoe with a closed toe.
Do I have to Provide Progress Photos and Measurements?
No, you don’t have to. But I do recommend you do. Progress photos are a great way to visually document your fitness journey. Most people who take pictures love to look back on them and see how far they have come.
Will it hurt?
Fitness sessions should not hurt. You may though experience discomfort. The difference between being hurt and being uncomfortable is an important distinction to make. Mild discomfort is part of the exercise process and is necessary for the improvement of performance and physique. Soreness is common, especially for muscles that have not been exercised for long periods of time or when you perform an exercise that you are not accustomed to.
What qualifications do you have for training me?
I hold the following qualifications: Level 2 - Award in Working with Communities to Promote & Support Active Healthy Lifestyles (Premier Training); L2 - Award in KB Training; L2 - Award in Circuit Training; L3 - Diploma in Fitness Instruction & Personal Training; L3 - Diploma in Exercise Referral; Indoor Cycling; Les Mills Body Pump; Beachbody Insanity; Certified FABs Instructor (Specialist fitness instructor to older adults)
How much will this cost me?
I offer a few different packages depending on what your needs are and whether you require online, in-person or hybrid training. Some people are looking for a bit of guidance and others either desire or need much more direction, support, and accountability from me. Check out the details on the top of the Services page above.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at anytime. I don’t have a mandatory training contract, but I suggest you stick with it for at least 3 months. There’s a certain amount of time required for the tissues of your body to change. And the longer you’ve been doing unhealthy habits, the longer it will take to reverse things. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again going forward, and will still have access to the Fitness With Monica app and my support until the end of your current payment period.
