Meet Monica: Former Barrister Turned Health Coach, Empowering Women in Midlife


Are you a busy professional neglecting your health? I get it. I was a barrister for over 20 years, facing the toll of a high-stress career. At 35, I stood at a crossroads - 13 stone, overweight,, and realising the consequences of a life centred around work. Determined to change, I embraced a healthier lifestyle and became a certified Exercise, Wellness, and Nutrition coach.


Now, in my early 50s, I’m dedicated to helping women like you transform their lives. Midlife can be challenging, but as your coach, I offer personalised plans for exercise, nutrition, stress management, mindset coaching, and good sleep, empowering you to navigate this phase gracefully.


I've been there - caught in a demanding career, overweight, disinterested in exercise and eating in a way that was not optimising my health. But I’ve turned that around, and you can too!
