For your fitness program to be truly successful, it needs to be tailored to you. Together we design a program that factors in your background, lifestyle and fitness targets. A personalised strategy makes the journey to achieving your health and fitness goals a whole lot smoother.
2. Sharing my expertise to build your confidence
I want you to get fit and develop long term healthy habits. This needs to become your way of life. My aim is to give you the knowledge so that you can improve your workouts every time and keep on going. In my online community I share insights on topics such as form, optimising your workout, nutrition and keeping motivated. You will be part of my community and have a space to share your highs and lows and get advice.
3. Stay on track, stay motivated and accomplish your goals
Accountability is vital to hitting your health and fitness goals. I create your tailored programme on a training app (you can even connect your FitBit and MyFitnessPal). Together we can track your progress and personal bests. I keep you accountable wherever you are. By logging your body measurement's and workouts you can continually see progress and we can celebrate the results. You will see the changes.
